HOW TO USE:

Before starting, your bladder MUST be empty. Make sure to empty it, and then sit or lie down. 

The First stage: 
 - Put the 0.065lbs weight into the right place on your vagina, and tighten your pelvic floor muscles for 3-5 seconds, then relax for 3-5 seconds, repeat the process 10 times, and 3 times a day. 

The Second Stage: 
 - Put the 0.110lbs weight into the right place of your vagina, and tighten your pelvic floor muscles for 3-5s, then relax for 3-5s, repeat the process 10 times, and 3 times a day. 

The Third Stage: 
 - Put the 0.172lbs weight into the right place of your vagina, and tighten your pelvic floor muscles for 3-5s, then relax for 3-5s, repeat the process 10 times, and 3 times a day.
